Introduction
Condition 6.10 of the Waste Water Discharge Licences (WWDLs) states:
The licensee shall establish a Public Awareness and Communications Programme to ensure that members of the public are informed of and can obtain, at all reasonable times , environmental information relating to the discharge.
The purpose of the Communications Programme (PACP) is to ensure that information about the facilities’ compliance with its waste water discharge licence is made available to interested parties.
The Public Awareness File for each individual agglomeration can be viewed at the following locations and times.
